Putin and Yushchenko hold joint media conference

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yishchenko have spoken to the media after signing a strategic action plan. The two leaders announced a deal to settle a row over Ukraine's gas debt. Putin also voiced Russia's concerns
