CrossTalk: Rising Global South

Much to the chagrin of the West, China and the Global South have not condemned or isolated Russia over the conflict in Ukraine. In fact, the opposite appears to have happened. The Global South does not embrace the West’s demand of a ‘rules-based order’ or so-called Western values in general. Five hundred years of Western domination is coming to an end.
