The conflict in Ukraine will soon be in its third year. During this time, much has happened and many predictions have been made. Western rhetoric has also changed a lot. From 'Russia is losing,' to 'Ukraine has already won' and Biden’s 'as long as we can'. Rhetoric, however, doesn’t change the reality on the ground.
