Abort Me Not

“They didn’t tell me all the things that would happen to me afterwards.” For a sixteen-year-old, an abortion became a devastating mistake. A miscarriage, a depression lasting over 22 years, and multiple suicide attempts are the consequences of just one rash decision.

Now the woman regrets that nobody was standing outside the abortion clinic to try to convince her to change her mind. She thinks that abortion is just a result of all the pressures of being young. Pro-lifers are sure that the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade will protect young girls from making similar mistakes. But is it really so?
