“CSTO-NATO conflict of interests in Kyrgyzstan unlikely”

CSTO’s plan for a military base in Kyrgyzstan is unlikely to cause a conflict of interest with NATO after the decision to convert the US Manas base in into a support facility, says military analyst Dmitry Evstafyev.
