“US unlikely to accept Russia’s offer on ABM”

Now the US is not likely to accept Russia’s offer of the use of the Gabala base in Azerbaijan as a substitute for the proposed ABM in E Europe, says Ivan Timofeyev from Moscow State University of International Relations.
